We are extremely very happy with the end result of our backyard project. Viktor, owner at Viktory Landscapign made our vision become a reality. He was very easy to talk to if you wanted something changed, and always kept you informed as the project was progressing. You have transformed our home ! Your design vision, selection and layout of the stones is amazing!!! Our new front porch, walkways and driveway apron completely transform the entrance to our home. We now have great curb appeal. People are stopping to stare as they drive & walk by. Your idea of putting the curved apron on the driveway was a great one... It still catches me by surprise when I come around the corner and see it. I recently opened my front door to find a couple standing on the walkway just staring at it they loved it. And the double entrance/walk way to the porch - I would never have imagined that on my own - glad I turned the whole project over to you !

I couldn't help but notice the wonderful landscaping being done down the street from me. It was very eye-catching and I knew immediately that I had to use the same company. Viktor was very responsive to my questions, listened attentively to my concerns and goals for this project. He was courteous & professional, friendly & funny. So I knew that he wouldnt disappoint me. And my goodness he did not! My front yard was a mini ski slope along side a tiny single driveway. To my astonishment I came home to a widened driveway with a gorgeous interlock walkway, expanded garden bed and a flat lawn. It amazes me how much larger my property looks. Viktor came by the house and saw what he was in for. We went over a few different scenarios before deciding on the design that was basically "the most bang for the buck." My driveway was old and cracked and I decided to go with interlocking stone for the new one. Vik told me there would be a certain amount of collateral mess and that we could take advantage of this by continuing the pavers up to the front entrance and down the side of the house with very minimal added cost. Normally I associate this tactic to upselling and to a point it was, but the added cost was so minimal that it made too much sense to turn it down. I could go on and on about how courteous and service driven Viktor and his guys were, but the finished product is what matters to me. It was completed on time and looks fantastic. I will never have to replace this driveway again. My property looks so much better than before. It looks as though I spent a fortune, but thanks to Vik it fit within my budget. I would recommend this contractor; he will save you money. Thanks again

Just a short note to say thank you for the great renovation work you carried out on our top patio, rockery and steps last Spring. The work was long overdue and it changed the whole outlook of our back yard.
From the time you first introduced yourself in our home we were impressed by your courteous manner and sense of humour. While you listened to our concerns and suggestions you took the time to explain your concept as well, which we eventually went with. The new, wider steps going down the slope to the lower patio are fantastic and the rockery is so much bigger now. You and your crew worked very hard to complete the project before it was time to re-plant the gardens.
We appreciated the little jobs you undertook once the major work was finished, such as arranging for new soil to be delivered for the rockery and placing the rockery stones in the beds once the steps were in place instead of leaving it for us to complete. You went far beyond what we hired you to do.
